Community Safety
Community safety in Greater Dandenong involves reducing crime and anti-social behaviour, supporting vulnerable community members and promoting social cohesion.
Increased funding for community safety initiatives will address the root causes of crime, while road safety projects will improve traffic flow, reduce congestion and prevent injuries and fatalities on Victoria’s roads.
How you can help us:
- $1 million for Crime prevention initiatives.
- $1,681,000 to renew and upgrade the Safe Cities CCTV infrastructure across Noble Park and Dandenong.
- $6 million for the road safety projects.
