Each year, Council participates in the State Government's Community Satisfaction Survey. This survey is coordinated state-wide by Local Government Victoria.
The main objectives of the survey are to assess Council’s performance across a range of measures and to seek insight into ways to provide improved or more effective service delivery.
Council's results have been compared to the rest of the state as well as selected Councils in the Melbourne metropolitan area including Banyule, Boroondara, Brimbank, Glen Eira, Frankston, Kingston, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Melbourne, Port Phillip, Stonnington and Whitehorse.
