We’re set to begin the exciting transformation of the playground at Barry J Powell Reserve in Noble Park as part of our master plan for the 10-hectare site.

This year, we will be constructing the new neighbourhood playground at the Bakers Road end of the reserve. This is a priority project of the master plan. The nature theme of this new play space has been shaped by our community’s input.

The play area will complement the fantastic improvements we’ve already finished on this side of the reserve, with new multipurpose courts proving a popular addition.

The long-term master plan also includes enhancements to sport and recreation facilities, community spaces, landscaping, and pedestrian networks.

Thanks to everyone who took part in the latest consultation in December. Your feedback will help shape future plans for the southern end of the reserve.
