Purchase of Land by Greater Dandenong City Council
Section 112(3) of the Local Government Act 2020 states that any purchase or compulsory acquisition of land by a Council must be taken in accordance with Council’s Community Engagement Policy.
As such, this Public Notice serves to inform the Greater Dandenong community of a purchase of land that Greater Dandenong City Council has made as follows:
9A Blissington Street, Springvale
Settlement date is 16 August 2024. Purchase price is $1.0M. Purchase is for open space purposes.
