About Alice
I arrived in Australia in the late 90s as an international student, as the holder of an Australian Government scholarship. I studied Architecture and Building Design and I began my educational and professional career here in Greater Dandenong.
The city welcomed me with open arms and now I am honoured to be able to give back to the community that supported me.
I have been a business owner in Springvale, running my own architecture, building design and drafting company. I switched careers and have been a real estate agent for 10 years now, including as Director of my office.
I have been a volunteer and coach at the Waverley Judo club for over ten years, and I was Secretary of Judo Victoria Inc. I am passionate about women’s participation in sports. I currently do event-management for our Vietnamese community and volunteer with South Eastern Melbourne Vietnamese Association Council (SEMVAC) as a team leader.
I am grateful to the residents of Springvale Central ward who have placed their trust in me. I will work tirelessly and ensure that Springvale Central continues to thrive, becoming a place that reflects our shared values of community, opportunity and prosperity.
I will work with my Councillor colleagues so that we’re all striving together to make Greater Dandenong a place of pride and belonging.
