About Sophie

It has been a great honour to represent our local community since 2019, a community that I have called home for over 29 years.

I am proud to be the first Cambodian female to represent in Victorian Local Government and I also served as the first Cambodian female Deputy Mayor in the 2020-21 term.

In uncertain times, I continue to offer experience and dedication, and importantly, a proven record of delivering for our communities. This has included major upgrades to the Noble Park Aquatic Centre Wellbeing Gymnasium, Ross Reserve All Abilities Playground and disabled toilet facilities, Sports Pavillion, Streetscape Projects (Douglas Street/Leonard Avenue) and more.

While we are moving fast on so many issues in the Noble Park and Keysborough communities, we all know there is more to do. I will keep working hard to make sure our neighbourhood is even a better place to live, work, study, and visit.
