Holly Bailey

Holly Bailey

Founder of Play Like a Girl Australia, Board Member of Women Sport Australia and Port Melbourne Football Club, advocate for women in sport and leadership.

Holly Bailey is a passionate leader who combines her experience as a former VFLW player and competitive netballer with her commitment to empowering women and girls. As the founder of Play Like a Girl, Holly aims to bridge the gap in gender equality in sports and leadership by offering programs that build confidence, skills, and community among women and girls across Australia.

Caity Parker

Olympic Bronze Medallist, Australian Boxing Champion. 

Caity Parker is an Olympian and trailblazer in women’s boxing. With a stellar career spanning over 13 years as part of the Australian team, Katy has medalled at every major competition, including World Championships, Commonwealth Games, and the Olympics. As an AIS and Black Dog Mental Fitness Ambassador, Katy speaks passionately about resilience, mental health, and her journey of overcoming challenges in a male-dominated sport. Katy’s storytelling is powerful, motivating others to push boundaries and achieve their goals.

Hannah Priest

St Kilda Football Club AFLW Captain, STK Education Lead, Qualified VCE Secondary School Teacher.

Hannah Priest is a pillar of consistency, a role model to those around her and the glue that has held the side together both on and off the field, Hannah Priest has just about done it all in St Kilda colours. Now in her fifth season as Saints skipper, the reliable defender/midfielder has eyes on leading her side towards its maiden final appearance off the back of last year’s narrow miss. Outside of her stellar achievements on-field, Hannah Priest is a teacher and STK’s Education lead, delivering football educational programs within schools all over Melbourne. Hannah’s name holds a heavy weight throughout the community through her leadership and commitment to evolving the game from the inside out.

Donna Urquhart

Dr Donna Urquhart

Ultra-marathon runner, World Record Holder, Pain Scientist.

Donna achieved a Guinness World Record for the longest run in a polar region in January 2024, running 1402km over 28 days in Antarctica, the coldest, windiest and driest desert on earth. This feat was a lifelong dream – to take on an extraordinary adventure and explore the limits of what is possible and highlights that anyone, regardless of age, gender or talent, can explore their potential through sport. Donna is also the Founder of EmpowerHer Sport, a not-for-profit organisation, which aims to provide education programs and build supportive communities to empower females to thrive in sport and adventure throughout life. She envisions a future where sport serves as a powerful platform for young people to develop physical, mental, emotional, and social skills, while promoting overall health and wellbeing.
