Greater Dandenong is ‘jobs rich’ with a high demand for labour. It also has a high unemployment rate and a large supply of workers. Clearly, there is a mismatch between supply and demand.

To find the answers and fix this mismatch requires the participation and commitment of all the pieces in the employment puzzle.

GameChange is a community-led program, supported by the City of Greater Dandenong and the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, to engage employers, job seekers, service providers and training organisations to work better together and shape a healthier, more effective jobs and skills system.

Community-led agenda
