The Business Plan Accelerator is a two-day workshop designed to empower you with the skills and insights needed to craft a strategic and actionable business plan. This workshop will guide you in developing a plan that aligns with your vision, drives sustainable growth and positions your business for long-term success.

By the end of the workshop, you will have built the core framework of a customised business plan to support your immediate and future business goals. Eligible participants may also access ongoing professional coaching to ensure continued progress and support throughout their business journey. Free parking will be available at Springvale City Hall over the two days.

This workshop is proudly hosted by the City of Greater Dandenong, in collaboration with Transcend and funded by the Australian Federal Government.
