TextaQueen's series We Don't Need Another Hero posed First Nations and other people of colour in movie poster portraits battling the apocalypses of colonialism. In this workshop you'll develop your own poster design to battle the oppressions that you face in the world, taking design inspiration from vintage movie posters.
TextaQueen's work features in the Question the Space exhibition on display at Walker Street Gallery and Arts Centre (Tuesday 21 November 2023 - Friday 1 March 2024).
