Greater Dandenong City Council’s Legislative Compliance Policy provides a uniform framework approach to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, industry and internal codes of conduct relevant to Council and which impact on the day-to-day activities of Council. It promotes a functional compliance culture at Council by outlining the compliance responsibilities of those within the organisation and upholds and promotes best practice governance practices within Council.
