The Amendment applies to two properties within the municipality; 90 Gove Street, Springvale and 6-8 Fifth Avenue, Dandenong.
The Amendment rezoned two properties in Springvale and Dandenong in accordance with recommendations supported at the Council meeting on 27 August 2018.
The amendment:
- Rezoned 90 Gove Street, Springvale from General Residential Zone 1 to Public Park and Recreation Zone
- Rezoned 6-8 Fifth Avenue, Dandenong from General Residential Zone 1 to Public Park and Recreation Zone
- Amended Planning Scheme Maps 1 and 5 accordingly
Amendment C207gdan was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 24 October 2019.
