In 2012 Council approved the Ross Reserve Master Plan in Noble Park. Council is currently in the process of upgrading key elements of the reserve for sport, which includes the construction of the new Ross Reserve Pavilion and a new Synthetic Soccer Pitch.
To compliment these above mentioned projects, Council is proposing to install the three electronic scoreboards, one each for Oval 1, Oval 2 and the synthetic soccer pitch.
