Testimonials from parents who have attended Sleep and Settling sessions
'We had an incredible experience working with Anita. From the very beginning, she was patient and understanding of the challenges that come with having a newborn, especially when it comes to unpredictable sleep schedules. She was flexible and accommodating, working around the napping chaos and always providing guidance with a calm, reassuring approach and checking that we were comfortable with every step involved.
The knowledge and tips we received from her were truly invaluable. Not only did we gain more time in our day thanks to the improved sleep routine, but she also gave us the confidence that we could manage it ourselves. We are so grateful for her support and expertise—it made a huge difference in our lives.' - Parent from Noble Park, 2024
