Greater Dandenong Sustainability Festival

What a fantastic turn out to our annual Sustainability Festival at Dandenong Market on Sunday 23 February. Thank you to everyone that came along and took part in learning how to do more with less.

From crafts to planting, searching for water bugs to facepainting, enjoying local and cultural performances while using peddle power to blend your own smoothie, there were opportunities for everyone to get involved and have a great time, while learning tips to live more sustainably. If you came along, we hope you enjoyed the day and found a new way to do more with less.

As well as enjoying the workshops ranging from painting, skincare, and cooking, we got to hear your Op Shop Trail feedback.

We were delighted to hear that

• Many of you found new Op Shops to enjoy.
• Many of you regularly buy second hand and even Op Shop with friends.
• You were impressed by how well organised and stocked the stores are.
• You loved it so much you have ideas on how to promote the event for even more people to get involved next year.

Once more, congratulations to those that completed the challenge of visiting all 12 stores and won a prize.

If you are a lucky prize winner, you can expect to be contacted and receive your prize in the mail soon.
