Past Sustainability Festivals

2022 Sustainability Festival

The City of Greater Dandenong's Sustainability Festival was held on Saturday 9 April 2022 at Springvale Community Hub, our 6 Star Green Star certified building.

Workshops throughout the day focused on small, simple changes that people can make in their everyday lives that collectively make a big difference for our environment. The stalls and activities covered a wide range of sustainability themes to give everyone the opportunity to connect with an initiative that interested them.

The community went home with reusable bags full of sustainable products from our 20 stallholders and inspiring tips to be more sustainable at home, at school and in the workplace.

Attendees were kept fed by delicious vegan food. From Mie Goreng, to burgers and soft serve ice cream, everything was a hit.
