Laurel Lodge - We Built This City

We Built this City celebrates the stories of some of Greater Dandenong’s favourite heritage sites as chosen by our community.

This grand old beauty has witnessed so many events for more than 150 years. It is a place where children were born, and people have passed. A headmistress, students, harbour master, auctioneer, and Dandenong’s Shire Engineer have all resided under its roof. Peek into the private and public lives of the former owners and occupiers of Laurel Lodge.
