Greater Dandenong Regional Employment Taskforce
The taskforce is composed of representatives of a wide range of government and community organisations and agencies. The focus of the taskforce is the sharing of knowledge, information and key issues in order to develop collaborative solutions that result in improved employment outcomes and prosperity for businesses and residents in the region.

One Percent Project
The One Percent Project aims to encourage all businesses and employers, regardless of their size and industry, to recruit One Percent of their workforce from jobseekers who are facing barriers in their journey to work. For more information visit the One Percent Project page.

Community Revitalisation
Community Revitalisation is focused on combatting entrenched economic disadvantage in the Dandenong 3175 and Doveton 3177 postcode areas by connecting jobseekers from Dandenong and Doveton with local jobs and training opportunities. Funding will support expansion of the One Percent Project which was developed by the Greater Dandenong Regional Employment Taskforce and aims to encourage businesses and employers, regardless of their size and industry, to recruit One Percent of their workforce from jobseekers from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Schools to Industry
SEBN supports local schools to connect with business and industry through a range of events and activities. These initiatives give young people a window into the world of work and exposure to a broader range of careers and pathways. They also provide employers with the opportunity to showcase their industry to the young people who will form the workforce of the future.

Work Local Greater Dandenong
The Work Local Greater Dandenong employment portal brings together in one location the online job vacancies for the Greater Dandenong region. Employers can post vacancies directly to the portal at no cost reaching local jobseekers effortlessly. Jobseekers are able to search, share and apply for local vacancies from all their devices using the portal’s AirCV feature.
